Care Worker – Personal Care & Community Support

The Rehab Group is seeking a dedicated Care Worker for a permanent 30-hour position in a high-support residential setting. You will provide personal care, collaborate with a team, and promote dignity, respect and inclusion for service users.

Applicants should hold QQI Level 5 in Social Care (or equivalent) and a full clean driving licence. This role emphasises teamwork, confidentiality, and person-centred service delivery.
