Keys Group is recruiting a Senior Residential Support Worker for our Hereford home. You will lead a small team, support young people with complex needs, and provide therapeutic care in a safe, nurturing environment.
The role offers extensive training, funded qualifications, enhanced pay scales, 28 days leave and life assurance. Candidates should have Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People and at least 12 months of relevant experience.
