Care & Support Worker for Young Adults with Disabilities

National Star is recruiting care and support workers to assist young people with complex disabilities to live as independently as possible. You will deliver personalised care and support residents in daily activities, hobbies and aspirations, with a focus on promoting choice and participation.

Applicants with care experience are preferred and a commitment of at least 30 hours per week including early (7 am) and late shifts, plus alternate weekends, is required. Location: Hereford, on site.
