Job Description:
North Devon Hospice is seeking an experienced healthcare assistant to join our Hospice to Home team delivering expert end-of-life care across the North Devon area.
The role operates on a 7-day service with 12-hour day shifts (8am–8pm) and flexible working to support future service plans. Travel across the North Devon area is required.
You will work closely with the District Nurse and GP, provide personal care, support families, administer medications as competent, and maintain accurate records.
