Care Assistant (Part‑time – 2:30pm to 10:00pm)

Part‑time (24.5 hours per week) – 3 on / 3 off rotating shift pattern. Working 2:30pm–10:00pm. You will support residents in our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes.

Responsibilities

• Support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
• Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Assist residents with daily activities and household tasks.
• Deliver person‑centred care and help residents maintain their individuality.
• Offer comfort to residents with limited mobility or distress and provide compassionate end‑of‑life care where required.
• Recognise and report potential abuse, harm or neglect – complete safeguarding training and act promptly on concerns.
