Senior Clinical Care & EPR Records Assistant

Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking staff for Ward M1, a medically optimised ward for older adults 74+. The team focuses on safe care, dignity, deconditioning and discharge planning, with a nurse-led, 30-bed unit that may expand to 40 beds in winter pressures.

You will provide personal and clinical care, maintain records in Cerner, observe patients, report changes, and help with housekeeping and stock control in a clinical setting. Working days: Mon-Fri 7:30-15:30.
