A Mental Health Navigator / Link Worker role within Gloucestershire’s CMHTs focuses on coordinating care between NHS services and VCSE partners. Based at Weavers Croft, the post emphasises collaboration, crisis avoidance and recovery‑oriented approaches to support people with mental health needs in the community.
The secondment/fixed term role aims to strengthen locality partnerships, enable proactive engagement with local organisations, and help connect GP practices with mental health services.
