Senior Care Assistant – Person-Centred Resident Support

Avery Healthcare Group Ltd. is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to work with the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care and to foster a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff.

You will monitor residents’ wellbeing, contribute to care plans and monthly evaluations, assist with medications, supervise staff, and act as a focal point for residents and their families, with appropriate escalation of concerns.
