Community Support Champion for Children with Special Needs

ND Care & Support is seeking compassionate Support Workers to empower children and young people with additional needs across Wales. The role involves delivering person-centred care, personal support, and development through play and daily activities.

You will work in community and home settings, with training provided (Paediatric First Aid, safeguarding, infection control). Evening, holiday, and weekend availability is required, with potential sleep-in duties.
