Overnight Youth Residential Activity Lead

Keys Group is seeking a residential care professional to support young people aged 8–18 in an activity-based centre. You will stay overnight on-site, participate in 12‑week programs, and help build confidence through outdoor activities such as mountain biking, hiking, and kayaking.

The role requires Level 3 qualification in Residential Child Care, a full UK driving licence, and a 39‑hour week including sleep-ins. DBS clearance and ongoing professional development are provided.
