Job Description:
NHS Lothian Pharmacy & Medicines Service – Western General Hospital is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Higher Level, Band 5, 1.0 WTE, 36 hours on a fixed-term contract. The role blends ward-based clinical work with dispensary duties to support safe medicines use.
You will register with the GPhC, hold FACPT qualification and an HNC in Pharmacy Services Development and Management, and contribute to medicines management, discharge checking, and patient counselling within the MDT.
