Community Support Worker Trainee – Mental Health

Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust in Harrogate is seeking a Community Support Worker/Trainee to join the Adult Harrogate & Ripon Community Treatment Team. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver non-pharmacological care and support patients within the community, communicating effectively to tailor care for individual needs.
