Lead Mobile Fitter – Heavy Plant & Crane Fleet

Murphy in Hemel Hempstead is seeking an experienced Lead Mobile Fitter (Heavy Plant) to provide technical leadership across our piling and crane fleet while remaining hands-on with highly technical equipment.

You will lead a small team, coordinate maintenance, diagnose and repair piling rigs and crawler cranes, and ensure safety and compliance through rigorous standards and mentoring.
