We’re recruiting for a static Plumber to join our dedicated Facilities Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an award‑winning FM provider, delivering high-quality services across our clienta site.
What We Offer
- Competitive Salary – Up to £37,730 per annum, depending on experience
- 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
- Basic overtime rates for additional earnings
- Annual bonus (up to 4%) – subject to performance (historically paid out)
What You’ll Be Doing
About the Role
As a static M&E Engineer, you’ll be the first point of contact for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and general building services across your allocated sites.
Responsibilities
- Plumbing
- Electrical PPMs
- Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
- Fault finding and general repairs
- Delivering autonomous and high-quality technical services
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, self-sufficient, and confident working across both plumbing and mechanical systems.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Proven plumbing experience
- Valid UK driving licence
- Proven experience in a similar facilities role
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Solid understanding of health & safety protocols
Desirable Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing / Heating systems
- F‑Gas Certification
- IOSH Working Safely qualification
- Basic plumbing and fabric maintenance experience
Additional Information
- 40‑hour working week (Monday–Friday)
- Participation in a 1‑in‑4 week call‑out rota
