Technical Training Lead — EV/ICE & Industrial Systems

Volvo Group in the UK is seeking a training and competence development lead for our Industrial business. You will own end-to-end development initiatives, shaping and delivering learning solutions that close capability gaps across service, applications, and systems.

You will monitor capability levels, design training plans, and manage scheduling, records and digital tools while ensuring health, safety and environmental standards in all training facilities.
