Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + Company Vehicle

Are you a skilled Chiller Engineer with hands‑on experience and a strong work ethic? We’re hiring three experienced engineers to join a growing, reputable business supporting commercial clients across South Wales and beyond.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking reliable professionals who can work independently, deliver high‑quality service, and are committed to continual learning and professional growth.
Requirements:
- NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Water and commercial chiller experience essential
- Commissioning experience highly advantageous
- Proficient in fault finding and diagnostics
- Comfortable working on split, VRV & VRF systems
- Must hold a clean UK driving licence
- Willing to travel across South Wales and further afield
- DBS check required for all engineers
- Must be computer literate and confident using a tablet
- A great attitude, with a willingness to learn and contribute to team success
