THE ROLE

Our client is recruiting a Blow Moulding machine setter to join the established team in the Corby facility where blow‑moulded containers are produced.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assume responsibility for the performance of production equipment
• Change over machines and tools
• Maximise run time of allocated production lines
• Effectively set the machines to minimise material wastage

THE CANDIDATE

• Mechanical background
• A desire to learn the blow moulding process
• Willingness to work permanent shift system
• Experience in a factory or production environment
• Confident, personable approach to teamwork

SALARY & BENEFITS

Salary: £20,500 rising to £37,000 when fully trained.
