My client is a leading provider in bespoke men’s tailoring.
They are looking for an organised, diligent and well-spoken individual to come on board to be part of the team as a junior PA.
The business has an open plan office with up to 30 staff. Warm and highly energetic culture!
Key Duties
- Maintaining, organising and gatekeeping calendars
- Picking up the phones and responding to emails
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Booking meeting rooms
- Proactively recognising and managing any requirements or issues with diary management or to do lists
Requirements
- Previous secretarial experience, preferably within a retail environment but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail that doesn’t falter when working under pressure
- Ability to multi task
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels in the business and with external stakeholders
