This is an excellent opportunity to support kinship carers, ensuring children can thrive within safe, stable, and nurturing family environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, guidance, and support to kinship foster carers.
• Undertake assessments of prospective kinship carers and contribute to fostering panel reports.
• Build positive, professional relationships with carers, children, and partner agencies.
• Ensure statutory visits, reviews, and recording are completed to a high standard.
• Promote positive outcomes for children through effective care planning and safeguarding.
• Participate in training, support groups, and ongoing development opportunities for carers.
