We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and self‑motivated Personal Wellbeing Assistant to join our Community Enablement team.
Position is part‑time, 21 hours per week on a rota basis, predominantly evenings (4pm–10pm) and weekends. The role requires travel across the city.
Responsibilities
- Provide all aspects of care in a person’s own home, including personal care, medication support, assistance with meals and drinks.
- Promote the privacy, dignity, choice and independence of adults in care.
- Assist with daily living tasks and support residents to maintain their wellbeing.
Qualifications & Skills
- Genuine interest in and commitment to providing high‑quality care and support.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: caring, honest, reliable, hardworking.
- Ability to work independently and maintain effective communication with residents and colleagues.
- Willingness and ability to travel across the city and work shift patterns that include evenings and weekends.
Work Details
Salary will be pro‑rated based on 21 hours per week. Working hours include a rota that incorporates evenings (4pm–10pm) and weekends. The role is a local authority care position.
