Sandwell Children’s Trust is recruiting Social Workers to join the Families First – National Reforms Pilot on a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2028. Hybrid working, full-time 37 hours per week, with a market supplement and retention bonuses outlined in the Sandwell Deal.

You will help improve support for families to keep children safe and thriving within their communities. The role requires a recognised Social Work qualification, registration with Social Work England and at least 2 years
