Personal Assistant – Sam’s home support

Location: Elgin

Hours: 35 hours/week (optionally 21 hours/week)

Shift pattern: 8:00 – 15:00 or 15:00 – 22:00

Pay: £13.45 per hour

Requirement: Female support only

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and encouragement.
• Assist with light support during daily routines.
• Respect Sam’s independence while offering help.
• Support with personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support as needed.
• Help expand Sam’s social networks and connections.

Qualifications & Experience

• No formal care experience required.
• Transferable skills and values that align with supporting individuals to achieve their goals.
• Good communication and empathy.
