We’re looking for an organised, reliable and people-focused Admin Assistant to support the day‑to‑day running of our growing business.

  • £12,350 per year
  • 25 hours per week
  • Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 2:30pm
  • Contract: Part‑time, term‑time only (38 weeks)
  • Location: The Yards, Market Street, Kettering, NN16 0AH

This role helps everything run smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll support communication, organisation, bookings, systems and day‑to‑day operations – creating a consistent, warm and professional experience for students, families, schools, partners and the wider BHVA team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing incoming enquiries by email, phone and internal systems
  • Processing booking registrations and payments accurately
  • Supporting schedules, staffing and room usage
  • Preparing invoices, confirmations and key communications
  • Monitoring attendance and following up where needed
  • Supporting onboarding for new students and clients
  • Assisting with reporting, data entry and document preparation
  • Maintaining organised digital filing systems
  • Liaising with tutors and team members to keep information flowing smoothly
