Senior Adolescent Social Worker — Flexible, Community-Based

Cornwall Council is recruiting Social Workers for the Gweres Tus Yowynk (GTY – Helping Young People) Service in St Austell, Cornwall. The role delivers a specialist adolescent service to support young people to remain at home or with family, within a multi‑agency team.

Responsibilities include direct casework, assessments, high‑quality interventions, and recording on shared systems. Full‑time 37 hours, enhanced DBS and essential driving.
