Help Desk Lead – CAFM & Facilities Management

Hackney Borough Council is seeking an experienced Help Desk Supervisor to lead the Corporate Hard Facilities Management help desk and oversee the Concerto CAFM system across our 900+ sites. The role emphasizes incident resolution, service performance, and data quality for maintenance and compliance.

You will manage a two-person team, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong relationships with contractors and internal stakeholders to meet SLAs.
