Personal Assistant – Driver Required

We are expanding our dedicated care team in the Selby area and are proud to support amazing people to live happy, independent, and fulfilling lives in their own homes and local communities.
We are looking for compassionate, enthusiastic, and reliable female Personal Assistants to join our growing team. This rewarding role offers £14.50 per hour plus £95 per sleep‑in shift, with flexible shifts between 8am and 8pm and alternate weekend working to ensure continuity of care.
Responsibilities
As a Personal Assistant, you will provide person‑centred support that helps people live life on their own terms. Your day-to-day duties include:
- Assisting with daily routines and personal care
- Facilitating social activities and outings
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and wellbeingTransporting clients to appointments and various locations as required
You will work flexible, minimum four‑hour daytime shifts and occasional sleep‑ins, allowing a balance between meaningful work and personal time.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to a reliable car
- Positive, caring, dependable, and energetic attitude
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous experience in care is helpful but not essential; values, compassion, and approach to people matter most
