Bristol Water is seeking a passionate Customer Care Advisor to join our Customer Hub team. You will resolve complex enquiries, keep customers informed, and work with operations to achieve timely resolutions.
Working 38 hours per week across 4–5 days between 8:00am and 6:00pm, you will handle complaints, monitor SLAs, support vulnerable customers, and maintain accurate records. DBS clearance is required as part of onboarding. No weekend shifts.
