Qualifications

• Currently studying for, or recently completed, a degree in Law (LLB, LLM, or equivalent).
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on a range of commercial, corporate, employment, and regulatory matters.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Support the maintenance and organisation of legal records and documentation.
• Assist with compliance monitoring and internal policy reviews.
• Prepare legal summaries, reports, and briefing notes for management.
