SEMH Behavioural Support Specialist

TipTopJob is seeking a Behavioural Support Assistant to work in SEND schools and PRUs with students who have SEMH needs. The role focuses on compassionate mentoring, de‑escalation, and trauma‑informed approaches to help students regulate emotions and succeed in education.

You will work 1:1 or in small groups, implementing IBPs, using sensory breaks and positive reinforcement, while coordinating with Therapists, SENCOs, and families for holistic wellbeing and progress.
