United Response in Plymouth/Saltash is seeking an Employability Coach – Community Outreach & Referral to support individuals facing barriers to employment through personalised, strengths-based coaching.

You will build relationships with employers and local partners, deliver tailored one-to-one support, and help people access volunteering, work experience, internships and paid roles, while meeting safeguarding and quality standards.
