You’ll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores, responsible for stock, deliveries, and the vital behind-the-scenes work that ensures the shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for customers to shop.
Responsibilities
- Manage stock and deliveries to ensure in-store availability and timely replenishment.
- Perform behind-the-scenes tasks to keep the shop floor full, clean, and ready for customers.
- Maintain fast, accurate product flow with urgency and attention to detail.
- Adapt to working across the wider store to meet pace and demands of retail; flexibility is essential.
- Use digital tools confidently to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently.
- Collaborate with colleagues across functions as a team player in a large store operation.
- Work across varying shifts, including early mornings, to keep stock moving.
Qualifications and Skills
- Age 18 or older and able to comply with health and safety legislation.
- Digital proficiency and comfort using stock management tools.
- Strong teamwork, adaptability, and a proactive, can-do approach.
