Job Description:
Places for People is seeking a maintenance professional to carry out general day-to-day maintenance within our leisure centre in Reading. You will plan and implement work schedules, carry out tasks, and coordinate with contractors as needed to keep facilities safe and fully functional.
You will monitor safety, environment and compliance, produce maintenance reports, and liaise with the Contract Technical Manager to keep equipment and services running smoothly, delivering high levels of service
