A prestigious Private Equity firm is looking for a Team Assistant / Office Manager to help keep its London office running smoothly.
This is a varied, hands‑on role at the heart of the business, ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Yes will be in office all week but hours are decent and company rewards well and 2 weeks off over Xmas.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office
- Managing diaries, meeting coordination and scheduling
- Assisting with office operations, events, HR and finance administration
- Providing ad hoc support to senior leadership
- Offering Executive Assistant cover for the C‑suite during periods of annual leave
We’re looking for
- 1–2 years’ experience as a Team Assistant, PA or Office Assistant
- Graduate calibre preferred
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Previous experience within Private Equity, Venture Capital, Financial Services or Professional Services would be advantageous
- Immediate availability would be a distinct advantage
