Job Overview
As a Support Worker you will provide physical and emotional support to our service users, ensuring high‑quality, person‑centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person‑centred care in line with each individual’s care plan.
- Offer personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
- Promote dignity, choice and inclusion.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and support colleagues in day‑to‑day duties.
- Maintain a safe, happy and caring environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
No experience required – your values and behaviours matter more than your background. We look for someone who listens well, treats others with respect, and genuinely wants to support people to live their lives. Full training, ongoing support and development opportunities will be provided.
