Grounds Maintenance Specialist – Impact & Growth

CBRE, Inc. is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to keep allocated sites neat and well‑tended, meeting the required standards and specifications. You will perform grass cutting, pruning, weed control, and safe operation of grounds equipment.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, willingness to travel between sites, and the ability to work largely alone while following health and safety rules. Training will be provided to reach the prescribed standards.
