Water Treatment Plant Operative

Join 2 Sisters as a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator in Flixton/Bungay to maintain the water treatment plant and support our production sites.

• Shift pattern: Days on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
• Hours: 12 hours per day (6 am‑6 pm)

About the Role

• Maintain the treatment plant systems.
• Operate and maintain filtering and chemical treatment processes.
• Inspect, assist, service and repair components of the water treatment plant, including water intakes, pipes, and storage vessels.
• Assist engineers in preparing work orders for servicing.
• Assist engineers in arranging major repairs.
• Inspect the treatment plant systems daily to ensure effective operations.
• Keep and update daily records related to the WTP.
• Read water meters around the factory.
• Maintain the boiler and CLO₂ system.
• Report to the engineering manager.
