Dispatch & Contact Officer (24/7) – Public Safety

Dorset Police is seeking a Dispatch and Contact Officer based at Bournemouth/Winfrith. The role involves handling 101/999 calls, triage work, and directing officers to incidents with a focus on safe, efficient responses.

You will train for a two-week dispatch course and progress to a full 24/7 shift pattern. The role requires you to work as part of a supportive team and to maintain a calm, patient demeanor under pressure.
