About The Role
Indefinite linked to funding until 30 November 2027. This is an exciting opportunity for a new Data Entry Clerk to join our team and be instrumental in providing high quality and accurate information which will answer important questions that transform the lives of patients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking, entering, and cleaning data, as well as monitoring data that is entered remotely by research sites or participants. This role plays a key part in ensuring the success of our trials. The Data Entry Clerk will also support the trial management team to create reports and maintain trial records whilst ensuring compliance to study protocols and Good Clinical Practice guidelines.

About You
Do you have a keen eye for detail and regard yourself as a highly organised individual? If so, you could be a great fit for Warwick Clinical Trials Unit (WCTU).
You will need to be organised to ensure that data is entered onto the database within timescales; have excellent communications skills to engage with research site staff and participants to encourage receipt of their data; and have an excellent eye for detail to review and scrutinise data entered onto our bespoke databases for accuracy according to relevant data management documents.
You will need to be educated to GCSE level or equivalent (with a Grade C/4 or above in Maths & English) and have experience of data management gained preferably in either a healthcare or research environment.
