Inclusive Learning Support Specialist

Shooters Hill Sixth Form College is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to join our Inclusive Learning team. This is a full-time, term-time role (39 weeks) available as permanent or fixed-term. Salary is Scale 3, starting at £25,659 (FTE £29,436).

The role involves supporting students’ learning, working with staff, and helping to deliver inclusive strategies in line with the college’s mission. It requires empathy, strong communication and a passion for student development.
