Facilities Maintenance Technician – Fabric & Trades

Equans UK & Ireland is seeking a General Maintenance Operative for Leicester Crown Court on a permanent full-time basis (37.5 hours per week). The role covers planned and reactive maintenance of fabric and limited engineering assets with emphasis on safety and compliance.

You will undertake carpentry, plumbing and painting tasks, support with CAFM records, and liaise with the client and EQUANS teams to ensure service delivery meets contract KPIs.
