Support Worker — Help People Live Gloriously Ordinary Lives

MacIntyre in Wheathampstead is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help six adults with learning disabilities lead gloriously ordinary lives. The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) on a rolling rota, requiring a UK manual driving licence.

Training is provided, and no prior social care experience is necessary. You’ll join a compassionate team that values kindness, listening, and respect, supporting individuals to pursue friendship, independence, and community participation.
