24/7 Road Traffic Control & Incident Operator

National Highways is seeking a Control Room Operator to monitor traffic, manage incidents and provide timely information to road users from a Regional Operations Centre in the North West region. The role involves coordinating with emergency services and road maintenance teams to keep networks flowing safely.

You will work a 6 days on, 3 days off pattern across 24/7 shifts, including early, late, night and rest periods.
