Live-In Youth Support Worker – Outdoor Activities & Growth

Keys Group is seeking a dedicated live-in care worker to support young people aged 8–18 in a specialist residential setting. You will live on-site during your 4 working days, with accommodation and meals provided, and a 39-hour average week across the month.

The role blends care with adventure, offering activities from climbing and kayaking to mountain biking and hiking, helping attendees build resilience, routines and independence.
