Senior Support Worker — Lead Shifts, Train & Support

VOYAGE CARE is seeking a Senior Support Worker in Manchester to help people gain independence in their daily lives and support the Manager with day-to-day supervision and service management. You will allocate shifts, coordinate training, induct new colleagues and help with supervision and documentation.

Responsibilities include ordering medication, assisting with patient finances, and ensuring high standards of care.
