Community Physical Health Support Worker

Devon Partnership NHS Trust is recruiting a Physical Health Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred physical health support within CMHT contexts across North, Mid, South and Torbay localities. The role focuses on routine health observations, phlebotomy support and ECG facilitation, within a recovery-oriented framework.
