HSE & Quality Compliance Coordinator (ISO Audits)

Manpower Group (UK) is seeking a motivated HSE Coordinator to support operations at a busy Southampton logistics terminal, blending administration with health, safety and quality in a regulated, fast paced environment.

You will work with the HSE Manager on day-to-day activities, audits (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001), inspections, SOP updates, KPI reporting and incident investigations, using Excel and internal systems, while ensuring compliance and a proactive safety culture.
