Bank Support Worker – Flexible Shifts, Paid DBS & Pension

Serenita ARBD Care Home in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a dedicated Support Worker on a flexible bank contract to provide high quality, person-centred care.

You will support residents with daily routines, personal care, mobility and meals, following care plans and ensuring safety, dignity and wellbeing within a specialist setting.

This role welcomes both experienced carers and those new to care who are keen to learn and develop in a supportive, team-based environment.
