Access Education Group is seeking a part-time Learner Support Assistant at our Norwich campus. You will provide tailored support to learners, working with teaching staff to enhance understanding and study skills.

The role focuses on inclusivity, safeguarding, and monitoring learner progress in a busy educational setting. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and a basic understanding of SEND.
