Governance Lead & CEO PA (Term-Time, Flexible)

Lighthouse Education Trust is seeking a Governance Professional & PA to the CEO to join our Central Team. This role is pivotal for effective governance and executive support across our growing trust, directly supporting the CEO, Trustees and senior leaders.

You will influence strategic decisions, coordinate governance processes, and help deliver high-quality outcomes for pupils. This is a permanent role with 30 hours/week over 4 days, term-time plus 1 week and 5 training days.
