Family-Focused Recovery Coordinator

Change Grow Live in Widnes is seeking an Adults Think Family Recovery Coordinator to manage a caseload and act as the care coordinator for service users with children in the household. The role involves delivering interventions via a whole family approach and collaborating with external agencies and the YP service to address hidden harms.

Part of a 12-month fixed-term contract, the role is full-time (37.5 hours/week) based in Widnes.
